At 1:51 p.m. a resident came to the police station seeking advice from an officer. At 4:44 p.m. a 54-year-old Clinton man received a summons for driving a car without an inspection sticker and driving without a license; the car was towed.

Wednesday, March 26
At 4:21 p.m. a Littleton County Road resident called to say a man claiming to be from Spectrum was trying to gain entry to her house. She had refused to allow him in, but he was waiting around outside. An officer spoke to the man; no further information was available.

Thursday, March 27:
At 9:06 a.m. a Prospect Hill Road resident reported that someone had fraudulently opened a Verizon account in her name and purchased two cellphones. At 11:48 a.m. a Westcott Road resident called 911, saying two men in a truck had been parked at a neighbor’s house for a while. One of the men, the caller said, had tried to steal a bicycle in the caller’s yard, but left when the caller shouted at him. An officer spoke with the two men, who said they were trying to make a delivery. Police called the delivery company to confirm their claim, but received no response. At 12:43 p.m. someone on Littleton County Road called to say their physical therapist was unable to reach the house because of the closure of that road for ongoing construction. At 1:39 p.m. a caller reported a dead raccoon on Woodside Road; the Department of Public Works was informed. At 3:44 p.m. someone turned in a lost credit card at the police station. At 5:44 p.m. an officer stopped a 35-year-old Westford man for driving a car without an inspection sticker; the man was also driving without a license and received a summons for both offenses. At 10:20 p.m. a 911 caller said an empty car with its flashers on was parked on Littleton County Road; the car was gone when police arrived.

Saturday, March 29
At 1:56 p.m. someone called with suspicions about a man walking up Old Mill Road after allegedly getting into a fight with a neighbor. When police investigated, they found the 40-year-old resident of Manchester, New Hampshire, was carrying a bag containing both heroin and an opiate prescription drug. He was issued a summons for drug possession. A 911 call at 3:03 about a stranger running through the woods near Old Mill Road was apparently linked to the same man.
