In the past week, the ambulance responded to six calls and transported five patients to the hospital, two with Harvard ALS-Advanced personnel onboard and one with out-of-town ALS-Paramedic services onboard. The ambulance responded to one motor vehicle collision and provided one lift assist.
Tuesday, May 5
At 7:35 a.m. Engine 1 went to a crash on Route 2 eastbound. Firefighters cleaned up spilled fluids and debris. At 2:58 p.m. Engine 4, the tanker, and the drone responded to a brushfire on Old Union Turnpike in Lancaster and helped extinguish the fire.
Friday, May 8
At 6:19 p.m. Engine 1 responded to a fire alarm at a business on Lancaster County Road but found it had been set off accidentally by workers there. At 7:41 p.m. an alarm sounded at a home on Finn Road, set off by someone spraying air freshener.
