Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) is pleased to welcome Christopher Connors and Lisa Falandys to its team.

Mr. Connors has a decade of experience in the financial services industry, worked in the communications and legal fields, and served in the United States Navy. In his role of Relationship Manager at RBT, Connors will be responsible for developing new and growing existing relationships with RBT’s customers. He will also focus on the Bank’s Cash Management program, to deliver customized financial solutions to its business clients.
Ms. Falandys is the new Branch Manager of the Bank’s office located at 721 Central Street in Leominster. She brings 30 years of experience to the position, serving in a wide range of roles, all while maintaining a focus on customer service and leadership. Lisa will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, simplifying the financial lives of current customers, and cultivating relationships in the community.
