Applewild School lowers tuition

Press release submitted by Aoolewild School

Applewild School has reduced tuition costs for students entering the third through eighth grade for the 2019-20 school year. Applewild is strongly committed to continuing its strong academic program while maintaining small classes sizes of no more than 16 students per section. Currently, tuitions in these grades range from $22,750 to $27,685 and will be dropped to a range of $19,500 to $23,500.

The decision to adopt this new tuition model was to become financially accessible to more families of North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Even with these fee changes, Applewild remains committed to providing its high quality liberal arts program with distinguishing elements such as innovative and collaborative teaching, hands-on science labs, service learning, visual and performing arts, instrumental and choral music, woodshop, and athletics.

There are also scholarships for incoming students that range from need-based to merit opportunities to specific regional offerings and scholarships for local Fitchburg students. Awards can range from $1,000 to 90% of total tuition.
