Town Meeting is over, and as we turn our attention to other news and topics of interest, we’d like to hear from you.
The Press will have a booth at the flea market this weekend, where you’ll find many of the staffers whose names appear here each week.
Do you have a comment on something you’ve read in the paper? An idea for a story, an unsung hero who deserves a spotlight, an achievement that’s gone unnoticed? Ways we can make the paper more useful to the community? Or how you might join us.
We will be reaching out this month to recruit new reporters to our award-winning team, starting with an open house and perhaps continuing with workshops for anyone wishing to learn the basics of community journalism. Stop by our booth to ask for details.
If you can’t make it to the flea market Saturday, grab a coffee and come bend the ear of editor John Osborn at the General Store Monday, Oct. 7. He’ll be there from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at a table to be determined.
