Kids start and end each day at the pond and venture nearby to the playing fields, HES playground, and Bromfield tennis courts. Week-long sessions begin July 6 and run daily 1 to 4 p.m.; daily drop-in is also available. Register at harvardma.myrec.com.

Free house number signs

Harvard Fire-EMS is accepting requests for house number signs. Can responders find you? Is your house number clearly visible from the road? Residents can sign up for a reflective house number sign to make their driveways more visible to emergency services. Free for Harvard residents; sign up at signs.harvardfire.com. Signs are custom-made and delivery may take a few months.

Transfer station stickers

Transfer station stickers are now on sale by mail. The price for a pair of stickers is $140, or $130 for people age 60 and older.
