In an unprecedented move, Harvard residents attend Town Meeting outdoors to prevent the spread of COVID-19. With a main tent for general attendance, a tent for couples, and a tent for those who were medically prevented from wearing masks, nearly 300 residents turned out to vote on 21 articles put forward by the town.
