Mr. McDonald graduated from St. John’s High School, then went on to complete his bachelors degree at Purdue University and his MBA at Clark University. After graduation, he began working in the insurance industry, shifting from individual products to employee benefits and, in 2002, founded Aisling Partners.
Mr. McDonald said, “I am thrilled to play an expanded role as a member of the Board of Directors at Rollstone Bank. I was drawn to RBT because of the rich history of leadership, a keen focus on community involvement, and a foundation built upon unparalleled customer service.”
Outside of work, Mr. McDonald is active in the Worcester community and insurance industry at large. He is currently a Director for the Worcester Historical Museum and Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters, but is happiest when he is golfing or spending time with his wife and three sons.
“We’re very pleased to have Todd join the Rollstone Bank Board of Directors,” said Martin F. Connors, Jr., RBT President & CEO. “His knowledge and experience in the Worcester business community will benefit RBT’s customers and employees throughout the Bank.”
