Regular season play has ended for Bromfield’s varsity teams, and for some, tournament season ended last week as well. Five members of the Bromfield/Middlesex Regional co-op Alpine ski team traveled to Berkshire East in Charlemont to compete in the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association state meet, ending a season in which the boys finished first in their Bay West League Alpha Division.
The boys basketball team qualified for the MIAA Division 4 Tournament but were eliminated in the first round of playoffs.
The Littleton/Bromfield Tigers, the No. 4 seed in their division, won their first two playoffs and were headed to a quarterfinal game against No. 5 seed Winthrop in Framingham as this issue of the Press was being prepared.
