Police Log: February 17 to 23, 2026

In the past week, police made 10 motor vehicle stops, eight resulting in verbal warnings and two in written warnings or citations. Officers also dealt with two disabled motor vehicles, made two well-being checks, and responded to one false burglar alarm.

Tuesday, Feb. 17
At 9:39 a.m. a town employee came to the police station to report some damage to pavement at the Bellevue Cemetery. At 3:56 p.m. a 911 caller complained of an erratic driver on Still River Road; police searched the area, but the car was gone. At 5:19 p.m. an Old Mill Road resident called 911 about a previous suspicious incident—a possible burglary attempt at an unoccupied house.

Wednesday, Feb. 18
At 12:25 p.m. a 911 caller reported a collision on Interstate 495 southbound; state police had jurisdiction. At 4:04 p.m. a caller said two tractor-trailer trucks delivering a prefabricated building had created a hazard on Bolton Road. Police cleared the road for regular traffic.

Thursday, Feb. 19
At 1:47 a.m. Hudson police arrested a 46-year-old Marlborough woman for driving with a suspended license and other violations. Hudson then called Harvard police, requesting a female officer to assist with booking and searching the woman. At 10:20 a.m. a 911 caller reported a minor collision in the General Store parking lot; no one was injured. At 8:52 p.m. an Ann Lees Road resident called, seeking information on an emergency restraining order.

Friday, Feb. 20
At 6:02 p.m. a tractor-trailer became stuck in snow on Littleton County Road, and police called a towing service. At 7:12 p.m. an Old Mill Road resident reported a case of larceny.

Saturday, Feb. 21
At 4:21 a.m. Harvard police assisted Bolton with a well-being check on Bare Hill Road. At 10:34 a.m. a caller reported a vehicle had skidded and was stuck in snow on Shaker Road. No one was injured, but the car required a tow.

Sunday, Feb. 22
At 3:50 a.m. an East Bare Hill Road resident called 911 about a mental health incident, and a person was hospitalized. At 3:36 p.m. a caller from Littleton County Road asked to speak to an officer about noise from the Harvard Sportsmen’s Club. At 3:55 p.m. a 911 caller reported an erratic driver on Still River Road, but the car was gone when police checked the area. At 7:24 p.m. a Myrick Lane resident called about a custody issue.

Monday, Feb. 23
The police log shows no calls, as the blizzard kept the town largely immobilized. At 5:52 p.m. police checked on Ayer Road businesses and other buildings. At 6:01 p.m they checked on the schools, the library, and the town beach area. At 11:08 p.m. they checked on Prospect Hill Road.
