Fire and Ambulance Log: June 23 to June 28, 2026

In the past week, the ambulance responded to six calls and transported two patients to the hospital; no ALS services were required. The ambulance responded to one motor vehicle collision.

Saturday, June 27
At 5:13 p.m. there was a smell of smoke in the area near Old Shirley Road. But the duty officer searched the area and found no sign of fire.

Sunday, June 28
At 5:47 p.m. Engine 1 was called to the crash scene on Old Littleton Road, but there were no fluids or other debris for the crew to clean up.

 

The police and fire logs are written by a Press reporter based on dispatch logs and interviews with police and fire staff.
