Rollstone Bank & Trust hosts ribbon cutting for strategic relocation

Press release submitted by Rollstone Bank & Trust

Rollstone Bank & Trust held a ribbon cutting ceremony on April 12 to welcome local officials, business associates, and community members to their newly opened Mortgage & Loan Center at 4 Central Street.

The relocation of the residential loan team from the Bank’s Main Office at 780 Main Street in Fitchburg was part of a strategic move to further enhance the customer experience and allow the Bank to grow its IT department and capabilities. Because of the increasing need for technology expertise, that department has doubled in size over the past year.

In addition to the expansion of the IT area, the Bank also opened up 5,500 square feet of space at the Main Office campus for a partnership with Fitchburg Access Television, Inc. (FATV). The new FATV location includes three studios, including a podcast studio, editing spaces, administrative offices, and a media preservation workstation.

“At Rollstone Bank & Trust, our core mission is to help our community flourish. The relocation to 4 Central Street will give our customers better accessibility to our residential loan team as they continue their outstanding service of assisting borrowers in the loan application process,” said Martin F. Connors, Jr., President & CEO of Rollstone Bank & Trust. “We are equally proud of our partnership with FATV, who provides free, quality programming to our region, along with so many other valuable services. Our missions are nicely aligned, and we are glad to have them as our neighbors in Fitchburg.”
