The Harvard Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a virtual public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:15 p.m. to consider the application of:

Nicholas C. Boynton

for a Special Permit other relief as appropriate under M.G.L Chapter 40A, and the “Code of the Town of Harvard” as amended, the Protective Bylaw Chapter 125-18.1 and 125-3 and 125-10, for approval of a Special Permit to expand 2nd dwelling in a preexisting nonconforming two-family home which includes a failing barn (Accessory Dwelling Unit), at 5 and 5A Old Littleton Road, Harvard.
