Public Shade Tree Hearing
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 87, Sections 3 and 4, a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. south of 20 Pinnacle Road, to consider the removal of the following public trees as requested by Douglas Micciantuono (represented by Dan Wolfe) in connection with the development of this parcel of land for the driveway cut and to improve visibility sight lines when exiting the proposed driveway:
ID#: 1 Species: Oak, Diameter at breast height: 18", Location: 82' north of POLE 30
ID#: 2 Species: Oak, Diameter at breast height: 18", Location: 51' north of POLE 30
ID#: 3 Species: Oak, Diameter at breast height: 22", Location: 42' north of POLE 30
The trees identified above have been posted and/or marked with a ribbon for public inspection. Any objections to the removal of these trees may be submitted in writing to the Tree Warden prior to the public hearing or stated during the hearing.
If not presenting your objection during the public hearing, please email objections to harvardtreewarden@stillriver.org no later than 24 hours prior to hearing (deadline May 25, 2026, 9:00 a.m. eastern U.S. time). Your objection must have your reason for objection, full name, address in Harvard, and contact phone number in case the Tree Warden has any questions.
