Request for Sealed Bids - Harvard Public Schools
The Harvard Public Schools are seeking sealed bids from responsive and responsible vendors for flooring in the Bromfield School at 14 Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA. Sealed bids are due on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 1 p.m., attn: Mandy Ostaszewski, at which time they will be publicly recorded.
Bid documents are available by request from mostaszewski@psharvard.org, or in person at the central office of Harvard Public Schools, 27A Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA 01451. A building walk-through meeting will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 2 p.m. at The Bromfield School, 14 Massachusetts Avenue, Harvard, MA.
The Town of Harvard reserves the right to reject any and all responses, wholly or in part, and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town.
