The Harvard Public Schools are seeking sealed bids from responsive and responsible vendors to design and install an ADA compliant ramp and repair two staircases on the exterior of The Bromfield School at 14 Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA.
Sealed bids are due on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, at 1 p.m. to the Harvard Public Schools District Office, 27A Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA 01451, attn: Mandy Ostaszewski, at which time they will be publicly recorded. Bid documents are available by request from mostaszewski@psharvard.org, or in person at the Central Office of the Harvard Public Schools, 27A Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA 01451.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at 11 a.m. at The Bromfield School, 14 Massachusetts Ave., Harvard, MA. The Town of Harvard reserves the right to reject any and all responses, wholly or in part and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town.
