Public Hearing
The Harvard Select Board will hold a Zoom (virtual) public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2025, at 7:05 p.m. to answer a pole petition from National Grid. The proposed petition would permit them to locate poles, wires, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across, the following public way:
Stow Road
National Grid to install 1 JO pole on Stow Road beginning at a point approximately 172 feet northwest of the centerline of the intersection of Stow Road and Rte 495 SB. Install P79 Stow Road approximately 60’ NW of P80 Stow Road, Harvard, MA.
Meeting participation instructions will be listed on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Harvard’s website at least 48 hours prior to this meeting.
Any persons interested or wishing to be heard regarding this petition should appear at the designated time and place or may submit written comments, no later than 12 p.m. on the date listed above to jdoucet@harvard-ma.gov.
