Public Hearing
The Harvard Planning Board will conduct virtual public hearings on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the application of:
Ayer Road Property Owner, LLC
Requesting approval of Special Permits with Site Plan Review with or other relief as appropriate under M.G.L Chapter 40A, and the “Code of the Town of Harvard” as amended, the Protective Bylaw Chapter 125-52 (Ayer Road Village Special Permit (ARV-SP) and Chapter 125-37 (Major Buildings Special Permit),and Chapter 125-23B(2) and 125-14 (Large Scale Commercial Use Special Permit) and Chapter 125-23B(1) and 125-13 (Medium Scale Commercial Use Special Permit) as well as §125-38 Site plan and Special Permit Chapter 125-46 approval for the construction of six new multi-tenant buildings at 320 Ayer Road, Harvard.
