Public Hearing
The Harvard Planning Board will conduct virtual public hearings on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026, at 8 p.m. to consider the application of:
Minco Development
Requesting approval of Definitive Subdivision with or other relief as appropriate under M.G.L Chapter 40A, and the “Code of the Town of Harvard” as amended, to submit the Elsa Heights Definitive Subdivision application of “Elsa Way” at the existing properties 185, 187 and 203 Ayer Road, Harvard MA. This application has been prepared in accordance with Chapter 130 – Subdivision Control rules and regulations and design standards. Approval for the purposes of establishing the zoning freeze which was started with the filing of the Preliminary Subdivision Plan on April 30, 2025, at 185, 187 and 203 Ayer Road, Harvard.
