INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Harvard is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a window repair and replacement project at the former Harvard Public Library located at 7 Fairbank Street, Harvard, MA. This project aims to improve energy efficiency, further secure the structural envelope, preserve the building’s historical character, and enhance the overall comfort and functionality of the space currently used to offer arts and culture programs and activities to the community.
All interested persons should contact Dawn Dunbar, Interim Town Administrator, at ddunbar@harvard-ma.gov to request the IFB packet or additional information as needed. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 1 p.m. at the old public library.
Proposals must be received in the Office of the Town Administrator, 13 Ayer Road, Harvard, MA 01451 no later than 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
