In accordance with MGL Ch. 40C and the Harvard Historical Districts and Historical Commission Bylaw, the Harvard Historical Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, at 7 p.m., via Zoom, to consider the application for a certificate of appropriateness from Fivesparks, 7 Fairbank Street, to install three sculptures on the grounds of the old town library building.
