Student Records from 2017-2018 School Year To Be Destroyed
On Sept. 5, 2025, the Harvard Public Schools will be shredding the temporary student record documents of all students who graduated or who left the Harvard Public Schools in the 2017-2018 school year. High school transcripts (the permanent records) will be maintained by the Bromfield Guidance Department for 60 years.
Any students who received special education services during this time and would like these records should immediately contact the Pupil Services Department at 978-456-4143 and arrange to pick up the files no later than Sept. 5, 2025.
