Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at 7:25 p.m. on a Request to Amend the Order of Conditions, DEP#177-720 filed on behalf of Rainer Park for a revised landscape plantings and hardscape within the 100-foot bordering vegetated wetland buffer zone and the 200-foot wetland buffer zone to Bare Hill Pond at 7 Peninsula Road, Harvard.
