Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:10 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Nicholas DiDuca for the demolition of an existing 4-bedroom home and 2-bedroom apartment/garage along with the reconstruction of a new single family home, driveway, well, septic system, and garage including an accessory dwelling unit with portions of this project within the 100’ buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and 200’ of a pond at 228 Old Littleton Road, Harvard.
