Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed by the Harvard Fire Department for maintenance activity and dredging of sediment material in existing fire ponds within the wetland resource areas, including riverfront area, and the 200’ wetland buffer zones at the following locations in Harvard: Lancaster County Road (Map 4 Parcel 48.3.4), Poor Farm Road (Map 9 Parcel 16.401.1), Sholan Circle (Map 28.39.1), 21 Scott Road, 3 Cliffside Drive, 4 Granite View Drive, and 11 Sholan Circle.
