Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025, at 7:45 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed by the Harvard Fire Department for maintenance activity and dredging of sediment material of an existing fire pond within the wetland resource areas and the 200’ wetland buffer zones on Stow Road (Map 36 Parcel 85), Harvard.
