Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025, at 8 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Town of Harvard Parks & Recreation Commission for the construction of a municipal bicycle pump track for public use within the 100’ wetland buffer zone and the 200’ Riverfront Area of a perennial stream on Lancaster County Road (Map 8 Parcel 21.2.1), Harvard.
