Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of the Town of Harvard Public Works Department for the construction of a sewer pump station within the 100′ wetland buffer zone and 200′ Riverfront Area to Bower’s Brook within the Right-of-Way of Lancaster County Road, Harvard. .
