Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Sept 25, 2025, at 8:15 p.m. on on an Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation filed on behalf of Steve Nigzus for the confirmation of the delineation of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and Bank on Madigan Lane (Map 16 Parcel 22), Harvard.
