Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on May 21, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed on behalf of Harvard Conservation Trust for the demolish of existing structures, regrading and the removal of one tree within the 200′ Riverfront Area at 87 Ayer Road, Harvard.
