Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025, at 8:15 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Jason Kyle and Pam Swanson for the reclamation of existing pavement, grading, and resurfacing of an existing private roadway within the 100-foot buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and 200-feet of a pond on Haskell Lane (Map 23 Parcels 38.2 & 38.3), Harvard.
