Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday April 16, 2026, at 7:35 p.m on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Raffi Bouladian for the removal of select trees within the yard of a single-family residential home to create a “homeowners orchard” of various fruit trees within the 100' wetland buffer zone at 25 Blanchard Road, Harvard.

Meeting participation instructions will be listed on the meeting agenda post on the Town of Harvard’s website at least 48 hours prior to this meeting. The agenda will be posted here: https://www.harvard-ma.gov/Agenda Center/Conservation-Commission-45.
