Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday April 16, 2026, at 7:20 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Andrew & Gina Ashe for the drilling an installation of three geo-thermal wells, with related trenching and conduit installation after an enforcement order within the 100' wetland buffer zone at 30 Bolton Road, Harvard.
