Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday April 16, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Scott & Heather Leach for an addition to an existing single-family dwelling, the installation of a patio, and replacement of an existing deck within the 100' wetland buffer zone at 29 Whitney Road, Harvard.
