Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Greenhut Artist Residency for the conversion of an existing turnout into an artist studio by installing electrical service line, stem wall, grading, slab floor and insulation within the 100′ wetland buffer zone at 35 Oak Hill Road, Harvard.
