Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025. at 7:20 p.m. on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed on behalf of Kirsten McGlone for the construction of a patio and reconstruction of an existing deck within the 100’ wetland buffer zone at 22 Ann Lees Road, Harvard.
