Public Hearing
The Harvard Conservation Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing under Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetland Protection Act and the Code of the Town of Harvard, Chapter 119, Harvard Wetland Protection Bylaw, on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. on a Notice of Intent filed on behalf of Town of Harvard Park and Recreation Commission for the renovation of the existing track and field facility, construction of new ADA walkways, spectator seating, stone dust walking trail, formalized bus drop-off, renovated throwing areas, drainage improvement and other site improvements within the 100’ wetland buffer zone at Harvard Park, Lancaster County Road (Map 8 Parcel 21.1.1, 2.1 & 3.1), Harvard.
