The Charter Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026, at 7 p.m. This hearing will be held via Zoom. Hearing participation instructions will be listed on the hearing agenda posted on the Town of Harvard’s website at least 48 hours prior to this meeting.
The Charter Review Committee will be seeking input from residents on issues/concerns/proposed changes to the Harvard Charter that was last amended in May 2022.
During the hearing, an overview of the Harvard Charter and the process of reviewing the Charter will be discussed. Prior to and after the Public Hearing, any resident or individual with proposed changes or questions about the process can reach out to the Charter Review Committee at charterreview01451@gmail.com.
Additional information on the process for submitting changes for consideration will be presented during the Public Hearing. Public input on the change process and changes to the Charter itself are currently being solicited.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
