The ambulance responded to eight calls and transported three patients to the hospital, one with Harvard’s ALS-Advanced services on board. The ambulance provided one lift assist. There were no motor vehicle collisions that required ambulance service.
Saturday, Oct. 25
At 12:03 a.m. a smoke alarm went off at a Depot Road home; as there was no smoke or fire, the alarm was apparently defective.
Sunday, Oct. 26
At 10:57 a.m. there was an unauthorized outdoor fire on Bolton Road. Someone was burning household waste, which is not allowed, so the person was told to put out the fire. At 4:24 p.m. there was another unauthorized fire, this time on Ayer Road, in which someone was burning yard debris and leaves; that is also prohibited, and again the person was told to extinguish the fire.
