Fire and Ambulance Log: March 19 to 25, 2024

The Ambulance Service responded to seven calls and transported four patients to the hospital, none with Advanced Life Support services on board. The ambulance responded to one vehicle crash. No one needed a lift assist.

Thursday, March 21
At 10:16 p.m. the Harvard Fire Department was called to a collision on Interstate 495 southbound, but the call was canceled.

Sunday, March 24
At 6:55 a.m. a West Bare Hill Road resident called to report trouble with a fire alarm; the duty officer determined it was a faulty detector. At 2:43 p.m. a carbon monoxide detector went off at a Bolton Road home; again it proved to be a faulty detector.

Monday, March 25
At 3:55 p.m. Boxborough called for mutual aid at a fire on Interstate 495 southbound but then canceled the call. At 5:14 p.m. a 911 caller reported fire alarm trouble at a home on Westcott Road; no report was yet available.
