Digital Photo Class
A digital photo class, with a question-and-answer session, will be held Friday, Feb. 20, at 10 a.m. at Hildreth House. All of Hildreth House’s computer support volunteers will be on hand, so participants should bring their questions, digital cameras, smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Topics to be covered include:
- Importing photos from a camera or smartphone
- Attaching photos to emails
- Burning photos to a CD or copying to a flash drive
- Uploading photos to a Web service
- Saving photos from an email or a website onto a computer
- Basic photo editing such as resizing, cropping, and fixing “red eye”
- Organizing photo files into folders

Connecting and Well-being
Certain dishes can remind people of special times in their lives. That quick-and-easy casserole you ate when your children were young. The side dish that everyone loved at Thanksgiving. The meal you made that everyone loved to hate. Even the one that caught the kitchen on fire! Participants will come together with friends to share their dishes and their stories.
Each person will bring a dish from one of the following categories: appetizer, main course or casserole, side dish or salad, and will share a story when their dish is served. Call the COA at 978-456-4120 when you know what you are bringing.
