The Affordable Housing Trust is conducting a public forum to present its ideas and solicit input from citizens on the construction of rental units at the intersection of Littleton and Pinnacle Roads. The project concept presented to the Board of Selectmen included apartments in the farm house, and as many as 14 additional structures built to accommodate 36 rental units, plus or minus, with an access road with egress on both Littleton and Pinnacle Roads.
This project will have the most immediate and direct effect on the residents of Pinnacle Road, Littleton Road, Park lane, Poor Farm Road, Ohlin Lane, and Old Meadow Lane, but has implications on the broader community. The Public forum held before the Trust purchased the property was sparsely attended. We urge all concerned and interested residents to attend the next public forum, scheduled for Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Congregational Church to hear specifics on the proposed project and to offer feedback that will help shape the development of this property.
