The Friends of the Harvard Council on Aging will have a table at the Harvard Flea Market, which takes place Saturday, Oct. 11. Those who want to donate new or gently used items in support of this fundraiser are asked to call Pat Jennings at 978-456-0011, or to send email to HarvardCOAfriends@charter.net.
On the road with the COA

- Thursday, Oct. 9: The COA will travel to Lake Winnipesaukee for an 80-minute train trip along the shores of the lake to see fall foliage, followed by lunch at Hart’s Turkey Farm. The van will leave Hildreth House at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $45, plus the cost of lunch; payment is due by Sept. 25.
Podiatry clinic
To schedule an appointment with the podiatrist who regularly visits Hildreth House, call the COA at 978-456-4120. The next clinic will be held Monday, Sept. 15. Appointments run from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
