At 7:07 a.m., police received a report of suspicious activity at a home on West Bare Hill Road. A contractor told police that, based on the evidence of discarded beverage containers, someone other than his workers had been using a portable toilet there. At 2:41 p.m., someone turned in to the police station an iPhone found on Depot Road.
Wednesday, April 11
At 8:03 p.m., police received a report that someone was golfing on the Waite Soccer Field on Lancaster County Road, which isn’t allowed. The caller had taken down the golfer’s license plate number, which police used to contact and speak to the golfer, police say. At 8:52 p.m., a resident of Old Littleton Road told police two 18-inch-square pillows with flower designs on them had gone missing from her porch.

Friday, April 13
At 1:12 a.m., police checked the construction equipment in town center. Nothing was out of order, police say. At 6:01 p.m., Harvard Police, at the request of Ayer Police, responded to help a disabled vehicle on Route 2A near the rotary in Ayer. At 7:24 p.m., a caller reported two white males sitting at the picnic tables next to the Harvard General Store on Still River Road in their boxer shorts. According to the caller, the two males had thrown their pants at a tree, police say. Police checked the area, but report they couldn’t find anyone matching the description given by the caller.
Saturday, April 14
At 6:59 a.m., police received a report that someone had tipped over the granite Bromfield School sign on Massachusetts Avenue. The sign was set back up, police say. At 10:52 a.m., a Harvard resident came to the police station to make a noise complaint. A neighbor of the resident was operating heavy construction equipment during normal working hours, police say. At 1:57 p.m., police notified the fire department that the State Police had responded to a two-car accident on Route 2 near the Poor Farm Road bridge. One car had rolled over, according to police. At 7:37 p.m., police responded to a car accident at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Stow Road. According to police, an elderly driver had run over a road sign there. There were no injuries reported.
Sunday, April 15
At 8:56 a.m., State Police told Harvard Police they were responding to a report that an approximately 60-year-old man had jumped over a gate into Fort Devens near Still River Road and Still River Depot Road. Police checked the area, but didn’t find anyone matching that description. The State Police and military police investigated the report within the fort. At 2 p.m., a resident of Finn Road reported seeing two men go into the woods near her house. Police located and spoke to the men and reported they were staying at the Holiday Inn in Boxborough and were sightseeing and had mistakenly wandered off conservation land onto private property.
Monday, April 16
At 1:08 p.m., police responded to a domestic incident at a home on Littleton County Road. It was a verbal argument, police say. At 9:56 p.m., Harvard Police assisted Boxborough Police with an arrest on Massachusetts Avenue in Boxborough near the town line. According to police, a man was stopped and arrested with over five pounds of marijuana in his car.
