I wish to extend a message of gratitude to all the hard-working adults and children who work together to make the Harvard Christmas pageant the wonderful gift that it is. To all those who gave up beautiful fall Saturdays and Sundays to rehearse song and dance, to Martha and Bizzy, Carl, Ted, Claire, Eleanor, Jim—our music masters—and to their students: we are grateful for the magic you create. To Caroline, our choreographer, and the angels in her care, to Kathryn and Jennifer, our volunteer ushers, to the behind-the-scene crews who plan, direct, light, type and spell-check, costume, coordinate, vacuum, light candles, and move furniture at a moment’s notice, to the makers of the cocoa and bakers of the cookies, to the videographers and Terry: Thank you for a wonderful job and for making this Harvard tradition one that we all enjoy and appreciate.
