The Senior Medicare Patrol will host a workshop on preventing Medicare fraud Tuesday, Oct. 7, 1 p.m. Participants will learn how to be better informed and engaged with their health care and how to avoid medical identity theft.
Core confidence classes will be held every Tuesday, 10:45 to 11:30 a.m., in person at the Congregational Church, 5 Still River Road. Exercises will strengthen pelvic floor muscles, which can help with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and more. Free through October.

Tour Robbins Brook Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 10:30 a.m., with lunch afterward. Learn about their resident-first care approach to senior living and a strong focus on family with organized group events, and see the 12-acre facility with expansive green spaces.
Flu clinic. The Ayer/Pepperell Family Pharmacy will provide high dose flu shots Thursday, Oct. 16, 10 a.m. to noon, at the senior center. They may also have Moderna COVID shots available. Appointments are required.
Visit the Museum of Worcester on a free guided tour Wednesday, Oct. 22, 9:15 a.m. Founded in 1877 as the Worcester Society of Antiquity, the museum celebrates and preserves the diverse heritage of the Worcester region. Lunch follows at The Mill 185 in West Boylston.

‘Everyday Spirituality.’ On Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 10:30 a.m., pastor, psychotherapist, and musician Sean Witty will craft a 60-minute space for those who want to build their spiritual muscles. Learn to reconnect with what matters, experience the divine in unexpected places, and tend to your inner life with curiosity and compassion.

Assisted living tour Wednesday, Nov. 5, 10:30 a.m. New Horizons at Marlborough is one of New England’s finest and most respected independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, set on 40 acres of rolling meadows and woodlands and surrounded by conservation land. Weekly grocery shopping. The van to Market Basket in Littleton departs Fridays, 10 a.m.
Congregate meals are served Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon at the senior center. Meals on wheels can also be arranged.
Help with computers. Adam is available for one-on-one computer training or anything related to computers or technology. Call the COA (not Adam) for an appointment.
COA van guidelines. There is no fee for the use of the van. To schedule a ride, call the COA; 48 hours’ notice is requested. Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a companion.
Mart Connects is subsidized transportation for any adult who lives in Harvard and provides rides to nearby towns. Available seven days a week, 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Schedule one day in advance by 2 p.m. by calling 1-800-922-5636, option 4; a credit or debit card is required. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
Financial help is available through SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), the Loaves & Fishes food pantry, veterans benefits, fuel assistance, and real estate tax assistance. The COA can make referrals to agencies and organizations that may be able to make your life easier.
