In the past week, the ambulance responded to 13 calls and transported seven patients to the hospital, three with out-of-town ALS-Paramedics on board. The ambulance responded to one motor vehicle collision and provided two lift assists.
Friday, Aug. 28
At 11:09 a.m. Engine 2 and the tanker responded to a fire alarm at a home on Littleton County Road; firefighters found the alarm had been set off accidentally during house cleaning.
Saturday, Aug. 29
At 11:09 p.m. the duty officer and the tower truck went to a Mass. Ave. residence where the HVAC system was making strange noises. Firefighters found there was no fire hazard, but they shut off the equipment.
Sunday, Aug. 30
At 3:47 p.m. a fire alarm sounded at an Ayer Road business, set off by cooking.
