The varsity boys soccer team advanced to the final four of this year’s Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association boys soccer championship by defeating No. 7 seed Abington 1-0 in double overtime Nov. 12 on Norton Field at Ayer Shirley High School. In their semifinal match against No. 6 seed Westport (16-0-2) at Victory Field in Watertown Nov. 17, the Trojans won again, shutting out the Wildcats 3-0. The team is headed to the finals for the first time in three years and will play No. 5 seed Rockland Nov. 21 on Doyle Field, Leominster, for the title. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:45 p.m.
Earlier in the week at the MIAA Division 3 Meet of Champions held at Devens Nov. 15, senior Rosie Bradley won the girls race and the boys team finished second. Junior Ben McWaters was Bromfield’s top runner with a third-place finish in the boys race. The Nov. 15 meet brings to a close this year’s cross-country season.

Boys cross-country (8-0)
- 11/15 MIAA D3 Cross-Country Meet of Champions. The boys were runners-up among 23 teams with 128 points. Junior Ben McWaters led his team with a third-place finish in 16 minutes, 20.68 seconds.

Girls cross-country (8-1)
- 11/15 MIAA D3 Cross-Country Meet of Champions. Senior Rosie Bradley won the race with a time of 18:31.29, making her the 2025 Division 3 champion. The team placed ninth among the 23 competing schools with 237 points.
