The Select Board will be interviewing the four finalists for Harvard's town administrator position on Thursday, June 20, at 4 p.m. The event will take place in person at the Harvard Senior Center, 16 Lancaster County Road, and will also be live-streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mpk5j1e5w1k.
The Select Board will interview the following candidates:
- 4 p.m. – Daniel Nason, current department of public works director in Sudbury
- 5 p. m. – Andrew MacLean, current town administrator in Pepperell
- 6 p.m.- Allison Potter, assistant town administrator in Medway
- 7 p.m.- Greg Johnson, current town administrator in Maynard
The Select Board will not take questions from attendees.The board anticipates making a selection on Monday, June 24, at its 7 p.m. meeting via Zoom.
June 30 was to be Town Administrator Tim Bragan’s last day, but the Select Board voted at its June 18 meeting to extend his contract until Sept. 1. Chair Don Ludwig told the Press that Bragan's salary will be the same as it currently is. Bragan agreed to work up to an additional 80 hours after Sept. 1 if necessary to train the new town administrator.
