Former resident, world traveler

Phyllis Theresa (Beauvais) Tully Graham died Dec. 21, 2018, at Varney Crossing in Berwick, Maine. She was 88 years old.
Phyllis was born Nov. 10, 1930, in Colchester, Vermont, the first daughter of Alfred Joseph and Lillian Catherine (Rowley) Beauvais. She graduated from Mount St. Mary’s Academy in Burlington, Vermont, and attended Becker College in Worcester. Phyllis was a property manager in Wells, Maine, both self-employed and at Garnsey Brothers. She was also a licensed real estate broker while living in Harvard. She worked at GenRad, formerly General Radio (Teradyne), in Concord as a foreign expeditor. On Aug. 11, 1973, she married William Mitchell Graham, celebrating 37 years of marriage, friendship, song, and dance together until his passing in 2010.
Phyllis enjoyed singing and dancing. She enjoyed the ocean and loved her family. She was a world traveler and enjoyed having visited many countries.
In addition to her parents and husband Bill, Phyllis was predeceased by her sisters Agnes Mary Shepard and Catherine Anne Kirwin, and her brothers Alfred Joseph Beauvais, Martin Thomas Beauvais, and William Frances Beauvais.
Phyllis is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Kim Maureen Tully; her sons, John Edward Tully, Michael William Tully, Chad Garett Tully, and David Alan Tully; 23 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2019, at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer Street, Kennebunk, Maine, with Pastor Ryan Howell from Curtis Lake Church
